The client will then lay comfortably down on a massage table with their shoes off. As the practitioner plays the Tibetan sound bowls, the client will start to relax and be lulled by the vibrations. The practitioner will play certain bowls to help balance the body and mind. Some bowls might be placed on the body and played to achieve deeper healing. The practitioner will also play a tuning fork and place it on various areas of the body, like the hands and feet, to help with the flow of energy. At the end, the practitioner will play a chime to bring the client back into their body and the session will be done. This type of modality is perfect for relaxation and peace.
